Fitness Studio

Training from head to core to toe.

The Workout Center & Fitness Studio is a 2,400-square-foot facility overlooking our infinity pool. The Workout Center features LifeFitness equipment, including elliptical cross-trainers, recumbent bikes, upright exercise bikes, stair climbers, treadmills and multi-use weight training stations, as well as free weights, exercise balls and stretching mats. Training sessions are available by appointment.

Spa Day Pass

$18 per day

The spa day pass allows guests to have full access to Escape amenities: workout center, fitness classes, relaxation lounges, locker room, cedar sauna, steam, whirlpool, ice bath, meditation garden, meditation deck, current pool, infinity pool and Escape on the Water.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra
35 minutes

This form of guided meditation is foolproof. Yoga Nidra induces the relaxation response, the body’s own healing state where revitalization and regeneration occur. Yoga Nidra brings us effortlessly, compassionately and rapidly into this healing state. This improves not only our outlook, health and happiness, but also leads us to self-awakening.

Easy Yoga
60 minutes

Easy yoga is geared toward those who want to learn the basics. Alignment principles, gentle breathing techniques, and basic poses will be taught at a slow pace for all levels of student. As in all classes, modifications will be made as needed for each student so that everyone, regardless of age or physical ability, will feel the benefits that yoga has to offer.

Group Gathering Yoga Pow-Wow
Grab a few friends and book a semi-private yoga/meditation class, workshop or weekend with Nadine!

Flow Yoga
60 minutes

This class takes the poses learned in Easy Yoga and links them together for fun sequences. Look better, feel better, alleviate body aches and pains, and much more. Learn techniques for a better life and get closer to yourself in this enlightening class.

Yoga Express
30 minutes

No time? This 30-minute class is geared for anyone who wants to unwind, de-stress and tone the body. Be sure to order your express lunch from the café before class so that your gourmet food is ready when you finish.

Hot Yoga
75 minutes

This 75-minute class is geared for those who have an active lifestyle and are ready to sweat. The heat will be turned up to 90° and the calories will burn away as we move through a sequence of intermediate poses. It is essential to drink plenty of water before and after a hot yoga session so you don't get dehydrated. Try not to eat during the two hours before class.

Sunrise Yoga
60 minutes

Start your day with this inspiring mind/body practice. Flowing, classic yoga poses, breath work and an active yet rejuvenating practice will leave you ready to start your day with calm energy.

Yogic Lunch with Yogis 
30 – 60 minutes

A yogic diet is vegetarian. Yoga believes that food not only influences your body in the physical sense, but is also known to directly influence emotions and feelings. After class, order your choice of a healthy meal from Café Escape or bring your own lunch, and we will find a relaxing place to eat together as a community.
